We are SO excited for your wedding day!! We know that this week is just destined to be stressful but it does not have to be! We’re here to help you see all of the steps that you can take to make this week awesome.
1. Sleep
Get plenty of sleep! You’ll be working on your last minute to dos for the wedding day and all of a sudden it’s 1 am and you have to be at work in 7 hours! If your list of to do’s is just too long for you to handle, do not be afraid to ask for help. You have so many loved ones around that I’m sure they would love to help you to ease some stress!
2. Products
Don’t try any new products on your hair or skin this week! You never know what you will be allergic to and this is not the week to find that out. If you’re interested in gearing up a skincare routine, make an appointment with an Esthetician and try those face masks!!
3. Water
Drink a ton of water this week! We know you hear that all the time. Your skin and body will feel 10x better if you have been drinking a bunch of water. We want your skin to be glowing on the wedding day!
4. RELAX!
This is supposed to be FUN! You only do this thing once and we know that you spent a ton of money to make this day everything you wanted it to be! If all else fails this week, just remember to breath. Take three deep breaths and then go for it! You got this and we are here for you to make this week ROCK!!
And finally for the day of,
- Remember to bring any and all of your accessories that you may have used at the trial!
- Eat a healthy breakfast that will give you long lasting energy! You really don’t know when you’ll be able to eat again and we don’t know about you but we get hangry!
- Make sure your hair is freshly washed and bone dry and your face is clean and moisturized!
